| Returns, Warranty, and Exchanges |

NO returns will be accepted without an RMA number issued by Vapingzone.com. Please read and understand our warranty and return policy before placing an order.

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship (see below). Vapingzone does not make any claim as to fitness for any particular purpose.
Proper handling for e-liquid, batteries and electronic devices containing on/off switches to make batteries active/inactive, must be adhered to at all times to prevent harm. Keep all items out of the reach of children.

THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING TO SHIP A DEFECTIVE ITEM TO VAPINGZONE FOR WARRANTY REPLACEMENT. THE REPLACEMENT WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER AT THE EXPENSE OF VAPINGZONE.COM.*
- THE DEFAULT WARRANTY PERIOD FOR ALL PRODUCTS IS 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE SHIPPED UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION.
- PLEASE TEST ALL PRODUCTS UPON RECEIPT. THE WARRANTY PERIOD EXPIRES WHETHER YOU TEST IT OR NOT.
*Products that are functional, not sold by VapingZone, determined to be out of warranty or damaged by misuse, negligence, abuse or (ADH) accidental damage due to handling, will be sent back without exchange. Our customary shipping charges will apply.
Eligibility for repairs or exchanges are limited to products determined to have manufacturing defects or premature failure at the sole discretion of Vapingzone.
Products that are damaged through misuse, negligence, abuse, (ADH) accidental damage due to handling, modified and/or repaired by anyone other than VapingZone, are not eligible for exchange.
Please contact us if you feel you have a defective product by sending a detailed email to [email protected] and include your order number. Instructions will be provided after we receive your request.
The RMA number you receive from [email protected] must be clearly written on the outside of your package. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

| Shipping Policy |

Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 2:00PM EST will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock.
Most orders received after 2:00PM EST will ship the next business day. We can not guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by VapingZone or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

| Taxes |

| VapingZone shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. |

| Typographical Errors |

| In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, VapingZone shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. VapingZone shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, VapingZone shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price |
